Perhaps we use this time to talk a bit further about your approaches to spiritual hygiene through daily, weekly, and seasonal practice – through times of change, periods of depression, and other cycles we have come to identify in our lives where hygiene is necessary for health.

Approaches for an urgent matter as well - perhaps for a client who comes - how do we become curious about the matter; what part of self comes forward to be present in the work. There also may be the matter of pulling the thorn out, cleaning the wound, suture perhaps.

Finally on location & relationship same idea – how do you approach cleansing in relationship to location, what are the relationships you establish, how do you maintain them & how do you contribute to a spirit of place in need of cleansing.

Open to your ideas and other items you may want to bring forward of course.
