The Trolldom Gym.

Learning the lore and the techniques is one thing, training and getting a lot of first hand experience is something very different. In the trolldom gym the aim is to provide the participants with a unique opportunity to gain actual magical experience in a safe environment.

There is no holding back, no stress, no talking, no stories, just training.

There is nothing else like it.

The Trolldom Gym training is only available to those who completed or have been enrolled in the course in Trolldom & Nordic Spirituality course for more than 6 months.

The Gym is not a place in which to learn the lore or the techniques but to practice them, train, get stronger and more skilled. To join you must knew the setup in how to perceive using Trollsyn and Spådom, cast a spell, perform a Trollritt Spirit Travel and the various techniques of Trolldom. There are no skill requirements, so as soon as you know them you are welcome to train them here.

In the Trolldom gym we train spell casting of all sorts, cleansings, practice spirit travel, and Spådom reading skills in a safe environment. For those unable to visit the school premises, the training takes place online, but the physical targets are put up in school and can be seen through a camera.

The Gym is dependent on attendance, so the class recordings are only available for a week in case a student miss out on a single occasion.

​

Each student has access to a 30 min 1-1 zoom session with Johannes B. Gårdbäck every second month to discuss possible improvements and performance.

​

The Training takes place on location or through zoom participation on Wednesdays at 2.30-4pm (Swedish Time).

​

The fee is: $200 per Month. The fee includes a 1,5h live session per week and 1-1 30min online coaching session with Johannes B. Gårdbäck every second month.
